Do you offer any guarantees on your blinds?

Yes, we offer a 2 year guarantee on all of our products.  Within the terms of the guarantee, we offer an excellent after sales service and will always go back and fix any problems.

Do you offer home visits and a measuring service?

Yes, our home visits and measuring service is free of charge. Once a customer has contacted us we will come out and visit you, bringing our sample books and information of our products along too. Once you are happy with your quote, we will place the order for you. Or you can email us your house plans or window sizes and we can send you an obligation free quote.

Can I view samples before arranging a home visit?

We will bring samples and material books along with us to the home visit, or have them dropped off to you.

Do you offer no obligation quotations?

Yes, we offer no obligation quotations.

How long will it take to receive my new blinds?

Approximately 3 weeks from site measure date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or direct deposits.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit for all orders.
